Every year, STEMapalooza brings the world of innovators to life through workshops, exhibits, presentations by panels of women in STEM, hands-on activities, giveaways and more!
We’re thrilled to invite you to STEMapalooza 2025, the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida’s signature STEM event! Join us on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Florida Polytechnic University in Lakeland, Florida.
This year, we’re making STEMapalooza bigger and better than ever! We’re expanding into two buildings—the Innovation, Science and Technology (IST) Building and the Barnett Applied Research Center (BARC)—to bring you even more hands-on STEM fun, engaging activities and opportunities to connect with over 1,500 Girl Scouts, families and friends.
We’re also introducing an exciting new feature for 2025: our first-ever Girl Scout STEM Fair, where girls will proudly showcase their innovative STEM projects. It’s a perfect way to celebrate their creativity, confidence and achievements in STEM while inspiring the next generation of trailblazers.

Get your tickets today for just $5 and save with Early Bird pricing through February 28! Get the Early Bird Merch Bundle (includes your ticket, exclusive event t-shirt and lanyard) for $20 through February 28. Starting March 1, tickets will increase to $10, and the Merch Bundle will be priced at $25.
